U10 Girls - 2009 Fall - Game Recap - Southwick @ Westfield

Sunday, September 27, 2009 Westfield, MA - On a cool rainy Sunday afternoon, the Strikers traveled to Westfield.  Everyone played well in the first half with some very good passing and defense.  Gillian Ensign helped keep the ball out of the Southwick end while Fiona O'Donnell played great in goal to  keep Westfield off the board.  At the beginning of the second half, Emra Toomey scored to put Southwick up 1-0.  However, Westfield came back strong with 3 goals of their own.  Southwick was unable to muster any more offense, and the game ended 3-1.
Final Score - Westfield 3   Southwick 1
